Rose & Sandal Melt & Pour Soap Recipe - DIY SOAP PROJECT 2

I have never thought of making soap at home. But when i came across a post in pinterest of making our own soap at home, i was drawn into it. Immediately i looked up online for the ingredient and i could easily find them. So i ordered a batch of them and here i am with my first flavour soap.

I have already made a charcoal and lavendar flavour soap. I am yet to experiment on many other flavours as well. I have given all the source for buying the things online if you want to make your own soap.

Things you need:

Dried Rose Petals - 1/2 cup (BUY ONLINE)
Goat Milk Melt & Pour Soap Base (BUY ONLINE) - 250 grams
Rose Oil few drops (BUY ONLINE)
Red Sandal Wood Powder - 2 tblspn (BUY ONLINE)

Method:

Take melt and pour soap base and cut it into cubes. Take it in a sauce pan and melt it completely.

Add in sandal powder and essential oil and mix well. Add rose petals and mix well.Immediately pour it into moulds.

This will set very very fast.

Once it is cold. remove from mould and wrap it in plastic wrap.

I used a loaf pan, once it is set, cut it inside the mould and remove it.
