This is one hair oil recipe which i use atleast once a week for my hair. I apply it during night and leave the oil on my hair for the whole night, i wash my hair the next day. My hair feel so soft, silky, shiny and nourished after this treatment.
1) Almond oil contains all kinds of healthy ingredients for hair like Omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, vitamin E and magnesium. Using almond oil nourishes and strengthens your hair, and is optimal for treating hair loss and damaged hair
2) Coconut Oil For Faster Hair Growth. Use coconut oil as a natural way to help your hair grow longer, thicker, and faster. The vitamins and essential fatty acids naturally found in coconut oil nourish the scalp and help to remove sebum build-up from hair follicles
3) Olive Oil is great for flaky scalp or dandruff. It moisturize the hair without making it greasy.
What You Need:
Pure Coconut Oil - 2 tblspn
Almond Oil - 1 tblspn
Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
Method:
Mix all the oil together in a bowl.
Gently apply all over the hair.
Gently massage the scalp with your fingers.
Now leave this on your hair overnight or 1 to 2 hours.
Next day wash your hair with the shampoo you normally use. Use conditioner if needed.
